Job hunting is a hard and stressful task, especially in today’s economic climate. If you’re struggling to find a new job using traditional means it might be time to consider taking your search online. CIK Marketing, in partnership with the Chatham-Kent Employment Resource Centre and the Chatham-Kent Public Library, is excited to present a FREE workshop focused on techniques for finding job postings and unadvertised positions online.
This workshop will focus on search techniques and review popular online job bank websites. We’ll also take a look at social networks and how your Facebook profile can help (or hurt!) your hireability.
Four sessions are planned:
- Monday, February 7th at 1:30 pm and 6:30 pm at the Chatham Branch of the Chatham-Kent Public Library
- Wednesday, February 16th at 1:30 pm and 6:30 pm at the Wallaceburg Employment Resource Centre
Registration is limited due to space, so call and reserve your spot early. To reserve a spot at the Chatham session, please call 519-380-8878. To reserve a spot a the Wallaceburg session, please call 519-627-6986. Remember, the sessions are FREE!
More details are posted on the flyer below. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact CIK Marketing for more information.
